2012 Missions Opportunities


Park Crest Baptist has taken an "Acts 1:8 " approach to Missions


Acts 1 verse 8 tells us that...

"ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

Each year, the Park Crest Baptist church approaches our missions trips with the same vision.  It is our goal to be actively involved in missions close to home, in our country and around the world.


At the present time, the Park Crest Baptist Church is proudly the "sending church" for eight missionaries that are located on foreign fields.  They are as follows:


Mike & Christy Napper - Burkina Faso, West Africa

Dave & Bonnie Jones - Tanzania, East Africa

Shelly Henderson - Tanzania, East Africa

Ruth King - Japan
Don & Delores Swearengin - Mexico

John & Joanne Spoelstra - Netherlands

Russ & Faye Ivison - England

Roger & Sandra Monosmith -Australia


Those that are in bold print, we have visited as a church family.  Our goal as a church is to visit each of our missionaries personally.

Our "Samaria":

Our "Utter Most Part":

Missionaries Roger & Sandra Monasmith -
in Perth, Australia

Trip Dates: tentatively set for June 9 - 23, 2012

Approx. Cost: $2,900 per person
