Guidelines for In-Person Gatherings

When are services?

There will be two identical services at 8:45am and 10:15am beginning Sunday, June 28th.

Where are services?

Services will be in the Round Auditorium (the building closest to Republic Road). This building is handicap accessible.

Will children's ministry and nursery be available?

Beginning on August 30th, nursery and The Park will be open to children newborn - 6th grade. Click the button below to see the specific guidelines in place for The Park.

Where do I park and enter the building?

Parking will be available in the northeast and northwest parking lots with overflow parking available in the main south parking lot. Handicap parking will be available in the northwest lot. Both entrances are handicap accessible.

The only available entrances will be Entrance 4 and Entrance 6 on the east and west sides of the Round Auditorium. The rest of the campus will be closed. After service, all attendees will be dismissed by section through Entrance 5 on the north side of the Round Auditorium.

When will doors open?

Doors will open and attendees will be allowed into the auditorium 10 minutes before service begins.

Where will I wait before doors open?

You will be encouraged to wait in your vehicle. No lobby areas will be available for mingling in order to maintain proper social distancing.

What if I'm not comfortable with attending in-person services?

It is recommended that persons age 65+ continue to social distance and participate in online service only. The 10:15am service will continue to be live streamed on our website and facebook page.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Masks will be used by all who attend in compliance with the Springfield City Council mandate, unless otherwise exempt.

Can I use the restroom?

The Round Auditorium restrooms will be available if necessary.

Are cry rooms available?

There will be no cry rooms available.

Will the service space be cleaned?

The auditorium and contact surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized before each service.

Do I need to RSVP for a service time?

There is no need to RSVP, but doors will be closed once capacity is reached.

How long will the service last?

Services will be shortened to 1 hour to allow for cleaning and sanitization between services.

Will there be food and beverages served?

The usual complementary breakfast and coffee station will not be available.
