Tyler & Brynn Carleton

Tyler felt his calling to become a missionary as a child growing up at Park Crest. He served as the Children’s Pastor at Park Crest for six years and as a missionary to Nicaragua from 2022-2025. He graduated from Baptist Bible College with a degree in Intercultural Studies in 2019. Thanks in large part to the influence of his missionary hero, Shelly Henderson-Mwamakula, Park Crest missionary to Tanzania, Tyler wants to influence pastors, churches, and missionaries around the world to improve, reach, and disciple kids as effectively as possible. In his free time, Tyler loves to play board games, pretend to be a chef, and do everything in his power to still be cool and funny for kids.

Brynn is the daughter of veteran BBFI missionaries, Lance and Melanie Gotcher, and grew up in the Philippines. She graduated in 2021 from Baptist Bible Colllege, where she met Tyler. She did her internship at Hope Community Church in Midland, TX.
